How did more than 30 years of dental experience, 3 specialties and 2 doctors come together in one great clinic?
In 2005 when Dr. Randall Morera received his dental degree from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, he started his continuous education throughout the world (a 2 year Program at the University of Connecticut, taking courses in Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, Ohio, Berlin, Istanbul, Brazil, etc. More than 1500 hours in continuing education and hands on courses). This lead him in 2009 to a New York Dental Meeting, where he met his future wife Dr Simone Fujiwara, who worked at one of the most renowned dental clinics in Brazil, and they married in 2011. In 2012 they embarked on a 2 year AEGD Program in Connecticut. And after that, they came back to Costa Rica and opened up a new dental practice together – the Morera Fujiwara Dental Clinic.
Dr Fujiwara has 2 dental specialties (Orthodontics and Dental Aesthetics), taking numerous courses around the world also, combining more than 3000 of continuing education and hands on courses with renowned masters like Dr Newton Fahl, Dr Ertty Silva, Dr Marcos Janson, Dr Dennis Tarnow among many more. Dr Fujiwara has published several articles in international Dental Journals and presenting her work in several dental meetings. Dr Simone has more than 20 years dental experience, making a combined 30 years of dental knowledge, which gives our patients peace of mind!
All of these dentistry courses and continuous dental education lead them to their most successful event in their lives…. having a baby girl together in 2014!
